Lilla Kisvari stepped up and put the free kick in a dangerous area, where Chandler Kammerer was able to get her head on it and redirect it into the back of the net for the 3-0 lead in the 41st minute, which would be the halftime score.

It didn't take long for the Generals to add to the lead in the second half. Kaitlynn Oborny worked the ball down the left sideline where she got it to Shows. Shows attacked the goal from the left it shot it with enough power to put it through the keeper's hands again and into the net to make it 4-0 in just the 50th minute.

Three minutes later, another tally was added to LSUA's ledger as Taylor Landry worked the ball down to Oborny. Oborny moved it over to Shows who just tapped the ball into an empty net for the 5-0 lead in the 53rd minute.

In the 70th minute, Alexandra Van Amburgh found herself on the ball attacking the box. She decided to lay the ball back to Jessica Sanchez who fired the shot from about 25 yards out and found the top corner of the goal for the 6-0 lead. Sanchez would factor into the match's final goal in the 83rd minute as Brandi Ferguson found her attacking the box and she sent it up to Jill Smith who tapped it in for the 7-0 score.

"I'm really happy for the seniors, along with the entire team," said head coach Michael Poropat. "Every senior class is special and this class is no different. They compete each and every day both on the pitch and in the classroom, and I couldn't be any more proud of them."
